本微孔陶瓷滤芯是以硅藻土为原料，经成型、高温烧结而成的高级过滤材料。该材料内部均匀被覆银离子，具有抗菌防腐作用，可将水肿细菌、微细颗粒杂质、病毒等有效除去，可广泛应用于饮用水、矿泉水净化，除菌及医药、电子行业无菌水、消毒水、高纯水的制备等。 主要特点： 轻质、高气孔率，容量小于0.8g/cm3，气孔率是一般陶瓷过滤元件的1.3-1.5倍，相同条件下透水量为一般陶瓷过滤元件的1.3-1.5倍； 孔径分布、均匀，过滤精度高，可达到0.2-0.5UM； 自清洁状况好，本身无污染， 易于再生，可用毛刷刷洗，砂纸打磨，清水冲洗或反洗。该陶瓷滤芯为锁牙式滤芯，其中有分 长的锁牙和短的锁牙，长的锁牙为：35mm,短的锁牙为：20mm Size (L x D): 10" x 2"

a) Light, high air hole ratio and a capacity less than 0.8g/cm,the air hole ratio is 1.3-1.5 times that of a general ceramic filter object. In the same conditions, its transmissibility is 1.5-3 times that of a general piece ceramic filter element
b) Apertures are evenly laid with a high filter precision that reaches 0.1micron
c) Status of self-cleaning is fine without any contamination in itself
d) It is liable to regenerate, which allows rinsing with brushes, polished with sandpaperand flushed with clear water or repeated washing. Removes harmful bacteria such as E. coli, Fecal Coli form, Salmonella,us,and cysts (Cryptosporidium, Giardia). Reduces bad taste and odor, sediment, and asbestos. Cartridge is washable up to 30 times. The flow rate of the ceramic filter can be easily renewed by simply brushing its outer surface with a stiff
toothbrush, plastic brush or soft scouring pad under running water. As the top
layer of ceramic and contaminants are brushed off, a new layer es available.
